Vans: Supervisor - Mall of Louisiana

Lead daily operations at a Vans store by supporting the store leadership team and driving exceptional customer engagement. Coach and develop associates, ensure merchandising and store standards are met, and monitor KPI performance to exceed sales and individual goals. Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to maximize profitability, support stockroom and inventory integrity, uphold safety and company policies, and contribute to an inclusive store environment and local community initiatives.
