Key Responsibilities

  • •Own production stability by proactively identifying risks before they become incidents.
  • •Own the incident process by ensuring incidents are tracked and follow-ups are driven to completion.
  • •Partner with R&D to define production reliability and operational improvements and ensure prioritization and delivery.
  • •Raise the operational bar by championing production-readiness standards, defining SLOs and error budgets, and building reliability ownership.
  • •Communicate clearly with stakeholders across R&D and leadership, translating technical details into business impact.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in production operations, SRE, DevOps, or a related engineering role.
  • •Strong stakeholder skills to influence without authority and communicate credibly with engineers and leadership.
  • •Experience driving operational processes to completion and holding other teams accountable.
  • •Solid understanding of public cloud environments (GCP/AWS/Azure) to reason about production architecture.
  • •Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architectures.
