Key Requirements

  • •1 ½ years as Store Manager and at least 1 ½ years as Assistant Manager/Subgerente in textile and accessories retail.
  • •Preferably completed high school with certificate or a degree in economic-administrative areas, tourism, or service (partial/complete).
  • •Intermediate/advanced Excel (pivot tables) and ability to analyze sales, KPIs, and team reports.
  • •Knowledge of store administration and control of commercial instruments, including POS terminals and related financial responsibilities.
  • •Knowledge of fraud prevention (cloned cards and counterfeit bills) and strong inventory control (cyclical and general).
