Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as hands-on owner for Microsoft Fabric and Azure, ensuring stability, security, cost control, and automation.
  • •Implement security and access control using RLS, CLS, and OLS to protect sensitive data and PII.
  • •Design and operate agentic AI infrastructure: orchestrate agents on loops, build self-running validation frameworks, and enable natural-language data access and self-healing pipelines.
  • •Develop and orchestrate production-grade data pipelines and Spark/PySpark notebooks across Bronze/Silver/Gold medallion architecture.
  • •Run platform administration and operational monitoring: troubleshoot pipelines/capacity issues, maintain CI/CD, and implement data/AI observability alerts and FinOps cost monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors degree (or 2+ years with an advanced degree; 0 years with a PhD).
  • •5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, DevOps, or Database Administration with hands-on data pipeline development.
  • •Highly proficient in data/dimensional modeling and distributed systems, especially PySpark and Hadoop.
  • •Demonstrated experience building/orchestrating data pipelines in Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, notebooks, Lakehouse) and/or the Azure Data Stack (Synapse, Data Factory, SQL Database).
