Job Summary

Provide proposal support in line with SLA timelines and quality standards, working closely with onshore writers, production assistants, and content managers. Help create proposal response templates and maintain ongoing formatting for RFP responses using Word/PDF and Aon branding. Manage forms and appendices with required Aon content, coordinate content downloads for SME review, and upload peer-reviewed updates into the proposal database. Escalate issues early and support unit initiatives focused on operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide proposal support in line with SLA requirements, timelines, and quality standards to meet internal and external client satisfaction.
•Create proposal response templates within the RFP support tool, including formatting structure according to Aon branding.
•Perform ongoing formatting of proposal documents during the RFP response process and handle ad hoc database content formatting for content management.
•Format and populate forms and appendices with required generic Aon content and coordinate content management for SME review.
•Support content management end-to-end: download, send to SMEs on schedule, collect updates, upload peer-reviewed content, and escalate issues as needed.

Key Requirements

•Any graduate or post-graduate (full time).
•7+ years of relevant experience, with proposal support or content management experience preferred.
•Ability to read and interpret proposal questions and RFP documents and identify database content that fully answers the intent.
•High attention to detail for accurate data capture when transferring content between proposals and the database.
•Extremely strong English communication and listening skills, plus strong timelines/urgency management.
