Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end employee relations investigations from intake through interviews, analysis, escalation/redirection, and closure with accurate documentation.
  • •Handle complex/escalated matters involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, misconduct, and serious policy concerns; make findings and recommendations.
  • •Advise managers on policy interpretation, discipline, misconduct, and performance management; support drafting disciplinary/performance documentation.
  • •Partner with HR Business Partners to resolve employee and manager issues and appropriately escalate or redirect concerns between HR COEs, GEL, and non-HR partners.
  • •Track and report ER case metrics, identify trends/root causes, and lead continuous improvement initiatives and enablement/training with GEL.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in employee relations and/or performance management.
  • •In-depth knowledge of labor and employment laws and regulations.
  • •Solid understanding of employee relations and HR compliance principles.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills with sound judgment and confidentiality.
