Employee Relations Specialist

Serve as a primary point of contact within a centralized Employee Relations team, managing end-to-end investigations and case resolutions for performance, conduct, and misconduct matters. Partner with Global Employment Law, HR Business Partners, Ethics & Compliance, and Security to ensure fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes aligned with company values. Advise managers on policy interpretation and discipline, track ER metrics and trends, and support training and continuous improvement for ER processes.
