Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise People Leaders and leadership on people, employee relations, and legal matters.
  • •Lead social dialogue and ensure quality engagement with employee representative bodies.
  • •Conduct collective negotiations with focus on impact and sustainable outcomes.
  • •Ensure social compliance and maintain legal monitoring on labor law and the Metallurgy collective agreement.
  • •Anticipate social risks and support managers in handling sensitive individual situations.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree in labor law or HR.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in employee relations and operational HR.
  • •Strong command of labor law and ability to advise leadership and managers with judgment.
  • •Proven experience in HR transformation and change management.
  • •Fluency in English.
