People Partner & Social Relations (France)

Lead employee relations and social dialogue as a trusted People Partner, advising People Leaders and leadership on people, legal, and HR matters. Drive collective negotiations, ensure social compliance through labor law and the Metallurgy collective agreement, and proactively manage social risks. Partner with managers on sensitive cases, support HR policy consistency and the social agenda, and promote engagement, well-being, and social responsibility.
