Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end operating model for onboarding, activating, governing, and offboarding payroll and EOR partners with stage gates and SLAs.
  • •Define and maintain partner scorecards (accuracy, timeliness, compliance, responsiveness), run regular business reviews, and drive corrective action.
  • •Stand up escalation framework and govern partner-driven incidents using a P1–P4 severity model to resolve before reaching customers.
  • •Partner with Ops and Engineering to operationalize partner workflows across Salesforce and Zendesk (routing, ticket lifecycle, data integrity, reporting).
  • •Lead and grow a partner operations function and expand country coverage by evaluating, onboarding, and activating new in-country partners ahead of go-live.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years in operations, partner/vendor management, or service delivery with meaningful experience in payroll, EOR, PEO, HR tech, or global employment.
  • •Run a partner/vendor network at scale with ownership of SLAs, governance, and performance.
  • •Strong understanding of global payroll and/or EOR mechanics, including compliance and country nuance.
  • •Hands-on experience operationalizing workflows in Salesforce and a support platform (Zendesk or equivalent).
  • •People leadership experience hiring, coaching, and scaling a team.
