Job Summary

Own the end-to-end operational health of Multiplier’s payroll and EOR partner ecosystem, from onboarding and enablement to performance, governance, and offboarding. Lead a partner operations team, set operating cadence and partner scorecards, and govern SLAs and escalations with a severity model. Partner with Ops and Engineering to operationalize workflows in Salesforce and Zendesk while expanding country coverage alongside Partnerships and Legal.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end operating model for onboarding, activating, governing, and offboarding payroll and EOR partners with stage gates and SLAs.
•Define and maintain partner scorecards (accuracy, timeliness, compliance, responsiveness), run regular business reviews, and drive corrective action.
•Stand up escalation framework and govern partner-driven incidents using a P1–P4 severity model to resolve before reaching customers.
•Partner with Ops and Engineering to operationalize partner workflows across Salesforce and Zendesk (routing, ticket lifecycle, data integrity, reporting).
•Lead and grow a partner operations function and expand country coverage by evaluating, onboarding, and activating new in-country partners ahead of go-live.

Key Requirements

•12+ years in operations, partner/vendor management, or service delivery with meaningful experience in payroll, EOR, PEO, HR tech, or global employment.
•Run a partner/vendor network at scale with ownership of SLAs, governance, and performance.
•Strong understanding of global payroll and/or EOR mechanics, including compliance and country nuance.
•Hands-on experience operationalizing workflows in Salesforce and a support platform (Zendesk or equivalent).
•People leadership experience hiring, coaching, and scaling a team.
