•Master Workday Absence and Time Tracking.
•Understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations via prototype configurations, and assist the client in testing.
•Assist the client in converting legacy data into Workday.
•Help configure and test integrations between Workday and third-party/custom solutions.
•Apply Workday’s Implementation Methodology on client engagements and help clients leverage proven Workday solutions.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 66,300 - 99,500 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of consulting experience (internal or with a consulting/software company).
•8+ years of experience with Tier 1 business software applications (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ceridian or similar).
•Business fluent English and French required.
•Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills; excellent verbal and written communication.
•Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
