Key Responsibilities

  • •Master Workday Absence and Time Tracking.
  • •Understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations via prototype configurations, and assist the client in testing.
  • •Assist the client in converting legacy data into Workday.
  • •Help configure and test integrations between Workday and third-party/custom solutions.
  • •Apply Workday’s Implementation Methodology on client engagements and help clients leverage proven Workday solutions.

Salary: EUR 66,300 - 99,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of consulting experience (internal or with a consulting/software company).
  • •8+ years of experience with Tier 1 business software applications (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ceridian or similar).
  • •Business fluent English and French required.
  • •Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills; excellent verbal and written communication.
  • •Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
