Provide attentive, guest-focused table service at TRAX Restaurant, including greeting guests, answering questions about the menu and wine list, and recommending daily specials. Take food, beverage, and bar orders and submit them to the kitchen/bar via micros terminal, ensure accuracy before serving, and handle guest concerns with a friendly, positive attitude. Complete opening/running/closing and sanitation duties while staying prepared for occasional special events throughout the venue.
