Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business and IT leaders to deliver Eaton’s next-generation MDM design architecture.
  • •Assess vendors and collaborate with the architecture team to ensure solutions align with global IT/business strategy.
  • •Coach and guide business and IT teams on MDM best practices; translate business process requirements into user stories and functional designs.
  • •Lead design activities for multiple integration technologies (Informatica, Workato, Apigee, Kafka) and support next-gen data platform design and legacy migration for MDM domains.
  • •Drive quality assurance of architecture decisions, manage delivery milestones/dependencies, and support change management and readiness plans.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of implementation experience in MDM (preferably STIBO or Informatica), delivering master data management solutions.
  • •Strong experience across master data domains (product, customer, supplier) and data quality, data governance, data modeling, and master data frameworks.
  • •Strong SQL skills and programming skills (Java, Python), with REST API and JSON knowledge.
  • •Hands-on experience with integration technologies such as Informatica, Workato, Kafka, and API-first architecture.
  • •Ability to translate functional/technical/business requirements into user stories and high-level architectural designs, with strong verbal and written communication.
