Drive large-scale organizational transformation through org design, workforce planning, change management, talent reviews, succession planning, and people analytics—while coaching executives and embedding scalable people practices alongside Total Rewards and Talent teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as senior people partner to several C-level executives and executive teams to shape and execute a global people strategy that improves growth, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
•Architect and lead large-scale organizational transformation, including organizational design, workforce planning, and change management to match rapid business and AI-driven shifts.
•Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development to ensure leadership depth and critical skills for the long-term roadmap.
•Bring people analytics to leadership, providing visibility into organizational health (capability gaps, leadership effectiveness, and talent retention) and translating insights into strategic recommendations.
•Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of People Business Partners, setting vision, building a coaching culture, and ensuring accountability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 184,800 - 380,400 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven track record leading people strategy through significant organizational transformation, including AI-driven workforce shifts, rapid scaling, or major technology pivots in enterprise technology or SaaS environments.
•Ability to operate at the intersection of Product/Engineering, Finance, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition, building alignment across competing priorities without direct authority.
•Experience building and scaling a People Business Partner team, raising the bar on strategic impact and developing PBPs as true business partners.
•Executive-level presence with candor and confidence advising C-suite and VP-level leaders in ambiguous, high-stakes situations.
•Proven ability to lead effectively across time zones, building aligned, engaged, accountable teams in a fully remote environment.
