Founding GPU Engineer

Develop and optimize GPU-accelerated software for data center systems at the energy/AI intersection. You’ll design CUDA kernels, profile and tune performance across compute, memory, and interconnect bottlenecks, and build tooling to connect GPU utilization and power draw to real-time energy and grid signals. Work with ML and systems teams to integrate kernels into inference/training pipelines and improve multi-GPU, multi-node scaling and benchmarking against CPU/GPU baselines.
