Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate feed mill equipment including grinders, mixers, and batching/pelleting systems under general supervision.
  • •Receive, handle, and move feed ingredients; load and unload trucks.
  • •Prepare and manage loadout activities including opening hatches, attaching hoses, sampling, and ensuring accurate product delivery.
  • •Monitor batching/scaling systems and adjust processes to maintain feed quality and production accuracy.
  • •Perform routine equipment maintenance and maintain a clean, safe mill environment through daily housekeeping and spill cleanup.
