Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain Commercial Product’s OKR methodology, reporting routines, and tracking cadences.
  • •Manage Jira platform operations and optimize team-level workflow taxonomy and enablement.
  • •Execute associate engagement programs and capability-building routines, including talent development tracking.
  • •Drive day-to-day operational discipline using standardized Jira workflows and OKR tracking cadences.
  • •Create and maintain operational artifacts for MBRs, QBRs, and executive stakeholder engagement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,800 - 137,900 annually
