Service Technician

Deliver on-site maintenance and service for customer plant and equipment under service contracts. Diagnose system problems during customer visits, performing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), breakdowns, warranty work, and commissioning. Build trusted customer relationships, collaborate with the service desk, sales, and operations teams, and communicate updates to supervisors and stakeholders. Complete work orders efficiently, using diagnostic software and hand tools, and generate reports on completed invoiced work.
