Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain trusted strategic relationships with executive, clinical, and operational stakeholders to align priorities, KPIs, and long-term success.
  • •Develop deep expertise in Twin Health programs, clinical operations, implementation, and growth marketing to provide data-driven recommendations to improve adoption and outcomes.
  • •Prepare and deliver executive business reviews, ROI analyses, and tailored strategic recommendations for client goals.
  • •Own and manage the full client renewal lifecycle, securing renewals and identifying expansion/upsell opportunities while communicating risks early.
  • •Coordinate cross-functionally with Implementation, Clinical, Product, Analytics, Marketing, and Business Development as the strategic point of contact for enterprise partnerships.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in Client Success, Strategic Account Management, Consulting, Partnership Management, or a similar client-facing role within healthcare.
  • •Experience supporting integrated delivery networks (IDNs), provider-led organizations, or integrated payer-provider organizations (pay-viders), value-based care, or complex healthcare enterprises.
  • •Proven track record building strategic client partnerships that drive adoption, retention, revenue growth, and long-term business value.
  • •Experience managing highly matrixed enterprise organizations with multiple executive, clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.
  • •Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving abilities, with experience influencing without direct authority and leading cross-functional initiatives.
