Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct routine inspections of civil infrastructure to identify defects, hazards, and nonconforming work.
  • •Observe contractor activities; accept/reject work against contract documents and maintain logs of rejected work.
  • •Coordinate with contractor on upcoming work and verify against look-ahead schedules; monitor adherence and support payment requests.
  • •Review contract requirements, submittals, and shop drawings; verify delivered materials and contractor testing/QA-QC activities.
  • •Maintain project documentation (daily/weekly/monthly reports and logs) including photos/videos and support field orders/change orders with quantity tracking.
