Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and continuously improve enterprise-wide HSW strategies, frameworks, and governance models, including KPIs and management review processes.
  • •Advise enterprise and real estate business partners on HSW transformation, safety culture, and organizational effectiveness; facilitate executive workshops and leadership engagement programs.
  • •Lead delivery of complex HSW programs across portfolios and geographic regions, including governance, resource planning, and H&S performance reporting.
  • •Conduct site inspections, safety audits, risk compliance reviews, and incident/near-miss investigations to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
  • •Support business development through proposal development, client engagement, and thought leadership; lead, mentor, and develop leaders and professionals across multiple programs and projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of progressively responsible experience in HSW leadership, operational risk management, consulting, or enterprise program management.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide HSW programs across large, complex organizations within project management and construction.
  • •Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive organizational change using governance structures, management systems, and performance measurement frameworks.
  • •Strong understanding of US and Canadian regulatory requirements and H&S management system standards (ISO 45001, 14001, 9001).
