Job Summary

Lead Addepar’s APAC Services organization by translating the global services strategy into local execution. Oversee delivery of implementations, partner solutions, and technical client support, while resolving recurring BAU needs, feed enhancements, and service escalations. Build, mentor, and manage a distributed regional team, establish KPIs for predictability and efficiency, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Global Services to integrate regional client requirements into the global roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary leader for the APAC services organization, ensuring alignment with the global GTM strategy.
•Oversee successful delivery of implementation, partner solutions, and technical client support for APAC clients.
•Implement and manage local operational models to address recurring client escalations and improve outcomes and time-to-value.
•Build and mentor a regional team to handle complex, data-intensive implementations and ongoing support.
•Establish and track APAC KPIs for service predictability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, and partner with Sales, Engineering, and Global Services to integrate regional needs into the global roadmap.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in professional services within a high-growth, data-intensive SaaS or fintech environment.
•Proven track record leading regional teams across the APAC region.
•Deep expertise in complex implementation methodologies, partner services models, and technical client support.
•Strong analytical skills with a focus on metrics-driven performance and operational excellence.
•Ability to navigate and solve for recurring escalations while balancing long-term strategic initiatives.
