Job Summary

Lead regulatory compliance for Poly and HyperX consumer electronics, guiding global standards (FCC, EU directives, EN/IEC/UL/ISO) across multiple programs, coordinating with ODM partners, test laboratories, and regulatory authorities to achieve on-time certifications and maintain compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the program interface between product development teams, ODM partners, test laboratories, and regulatory authorities worldwide to drive compliance execution and timely approvals
•Define the applicable global regulatory compliance requirements and certification deliverables for assigned products and translate them into clear project plans and milestones for the team
•Lead ODM regulatory test execution as a project owner: align test strategy, review SOWs/quotations, build and track the test schedule, confirm worst-case configurations, manage risks/issues, and drive completion on time and within budget
•Drive non-compliance resolution using a structured approach (issue definition, corrective-action plan, owners, due dates, and escalation), coordinating with engineering teams and external suppliers worldwide
•Manage day-to-day relationships with external test laboratories to ensure alignment on scope, schedules, deliverables, and quality of compliance evidence

Key Requirements

•7+ years leading regulatory compliance and certification programs for consumer electronics, with clear competencies in RF/EMC and Safety engineering; strong project/program management focused on regulatory approvals
•Build and maintain compliance project plans (scope, schedule, milestones, dependencies) and drive execution to meet certification dates
•Risk/issue management for regulatory compliance: identify, document, escalate, and drive mitigation for test failures, evidence gaps, and submission blockers
•Stakeholder management across cross-functional teams (ODM, NPI, engineering, test labs): run reviews, publish status, and track actions to closure for approvals
•Experience interacting with customers, regulatory agencies, and test laboratories to align requirements, evidence, and submission expectations
