•Drive and exceed store sales goals by leading ALO’s initiatives and optimizing productivity and efficiency.
•Engage with customers to provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment and build ongoing client relationships.
•Collaborate with leadership to analyze reports, strategize, and deliver results while identifying growth opportunities.
•Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and leading selling initiatives.
•Educate guests on the full ALO business model (Retail, Yoga, Café) and product details to reinforce brand culture.

Key Requirements

•Previous client-centric, sales experience in a retail environment.
•Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
•Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually and as a team.
•Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds.
•Proof of right to live and work in the country from start of employment.
