Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed store sales goals by leading ALO’s initiatives and optimizing productivity and efficiency.

  • •Collaborate with leadership to analyze reports, strategize, and deliver results while identifying growth opportunities.
  • •Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and leading selling initiatives.
  • •Educate guests on the full ALO business model (Retail, Yoga, Café) and product details to reinforce brand culture.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous client-centric, sales experience in a retail environment.

  • •Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually and as a team.
  • •Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds.
