Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up, operate, and monitor die cut equipment used to manufacture plastic debit and credit cards.
  • •Adjust machine settings to maintain work accuracy and respond to equipment messages during production.
  • •Inspect finished work to verify quality and confirm quantities produced against order tickets.
  • •Complete equipment setup and changeover activities to support scheduled production runs.
  • •Cross-train on other production equipment and follow safety, security, quality, and continuous improvement standards to meet production goals.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation environment.
  • •Ability to read, write, and communicate in English in a production environment.
  • •Ability to stand most of the shift and move/lift materials weighing 20 to 50 pounds.
  • •High School Diploma, Associate degree, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • •Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization required to be considered; sponsorship (including temporary visas) is not considered.
