Key Responsibilities

  • •Support facilities with corporate and government real estate matters, including identifying properties, negotiating lease and ownership acquisitions, and managing dispositions and related options.
  • •Partner with Legal, Finance, and other departments to execute transactions with acceptable terms, timely and accurate payment, and delivery of required documents and information.
  • •Maintain real estate databases and files (hard copy and electronic) so required documentation is stored and accessible.
  • •Track and report portfolio details such as contacts, area, locations, lease provisions, expirations, and other critical dates.
  • •Gather real estate market data and correspond with landlords, property owners, neighbors, and brokers to resolve issues and negotiate property matters.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate or bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in corporate real estate, or 7+ years of corporate real estate experience without a degree.
  • •Licensed real estate agent in CA, WA, TX, and/or FL.
  • •Real estate experience with NASA, United States Space Force, or other government agencies.
  • •Contract management experience.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
