Senior Consultant - Controls Lead, Chief Control Office

Support the team designing and implementing Northern Trust’s internal control architecture, including control taxonomy and inventory, and establishment of quality standards within the 1LOD. Deliver in a fast-paced programme/project environment by helping integrate and align risk and control frameworks, overseeing control inventory governance and reporting, and working with 1st and 2nd line partners. Drive consistency across the group and improve effectiveness through automation and machine learning opportunities.
