Job Summary

Seeking an Investment Management professional to evaluate, originate, and manage real estate investments. In a hands-on, high-visibility role, you’ll work with senior leadership to identify opportunities, originate deals, and structure transactions using advanced financial modelling, corporate finance, and M&A to drive growth across real estate investments in the GCC.

Key Responsibilities

•Evaluate, originate, and manage real estate investment opportunities and oversee the financial performance of investments.
•Collaborate with senior leadership to identify new opportunities, originate deals, and structure transactions.
•Apply expertise in financial modelling, corporate finance, and M&A to build the investment framework.
•Perform market research, due diligence, and develop sophisticated models to assess profitability and risks.
•Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive long-term growth and profitability.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA, CFA, or equivalent qualifications preferred.
•+7 years in investment management, financial modelling, or M&A advisory (preferably in real estate or private equity).
•Experience in corporate finance, M&A modelling, and deal structuring, with a focus on real estate.
•Strong technical expertise in banking or investment management is essential.
•Prior exposure to the GCC region is highly desirable.
