Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate, originate, and manage real estate investment opportunities and oversee the financial performance of investments.
  • •Collaborate with senior leadership to identify new opportunities, originate deals, and structure transactions.
  • •Apply expertise in financial modelling, corporate finance, and M&A to build the investment framework.
  • •Perform market research, due diligence, and develop sophisticated models to assess profitability and risks.
  • •Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive long-term growth and profitability.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA, CFA, or equivalent qualifications preferred.
  • •+7 years in investment management, financial modelling, or M&A advisory (preferably in real estate or private equity).
  • •Experience in corporate finance, M&A modelling, and deal structuring, with a focus on real estate.
  • •Strong technical expertise in banking or investment management is essential.
  • •Prior exposure to the GCC region is highly desirable.
