•End-to-End Ownership of Complex Events: Lead the operational strategy of large-scale, high-complexity events from early planning stages through execution, ensuring delivery meets partner expectations and internal standards.
•Operational Strategy & Design (0→1): Translate partner needs into scalable operational models and design processes, workflows, and tools from scratch when needed.
•Problem Solving in Ambiguous Environments: Break down complex, undefined problems into actionable plans and design mitigation strategies for risks.
•Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with Sales, Originals, Product, and local Operations teams; align stakeholders around a clear execution plan and act as the main operational point of contact for partners.
•Execution Oversight: Ensure designed solutions are effectively implemented on the ground and support local teams in complex setups, stepping in to unblock critical issues
