Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and senior leaders to identify, analyze, and accelerate growth strategies.
  • •Lead strategic initiatives across the brand portfolio, including portfolio strategy, brand valuation/equity assessments, innovation and growth opportunities, and in-market performance monitoring.
  • •Support M&A and corporate development through target scans/assessments, due diligence, integration planning, and partnership/investment opportunities.
  • •Create and use modeling to evaluate transformation initiatives and integrate them into strategic planning.
  • •Drive enterprise initiatives with the Transformation Office, translating strategy into workplans, decision forums, execution plans, executive progress updates, and measurable value.

Key Requirements
