Senior Software Engineering Manager (Onsite)

Lead and mentor a team of 10–15 software engineers building critical applications for a “no fail” mission. Own software engineering plans for large complex systems, manage hiring and performance, and coordinate integration across engineering teams. Plan and track project work against schedule, cost, and performance while managing technical risks and serving as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
