Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a safety leader by complying with safety rules, procedures, and safety training and encouraging employee involvement.
  • •Develop and define project scope by determining customer needs, identifying problems and safety concerns, and evaluating alternate solutions.
  • •Coordinate and prepare engineering project documentation and manage purchasing activities for required materials (vendors, purchase orders, price negotiation, expediting).
  • •Coordinate project costs and scheduling and provide communication for projects with varying scope and responsibilities.
  • •Support installation, checkout, start-up, training as needed; provide plant engineering troubleshooting; and participate in continuous improvement projects while leading teams as requested.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field (BSEE/BSME/BSET/BEMT) with 1–6 years of experience.
  • •Ability to comply with safety rules, policies, regulations, and procedures and support safety programs.
  • •Experience applying engineering standards and managing increasingly complex engineering issues.
  • •Understanding of business processes and process improvement, including familiarity with Lean Manufacturing concepts and tools.
  • •Analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with ability to travel up to 10% and support onsite on-call during project go-lives.
