Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare maintenance and project plans and coordinate delivery for facilities systems supporting semiconductor process equipment (ultrapure water, gases, chemical delivery, vacuum, HVAC, and cleanroom controls).
  • •Maintain preventive-maintenance matrices and drive maintenance/project deliverables through CMMS work orders, tool uptime, MTBF/MTTR tracking, and PM checklists.
  • •Align internal maintenance technicians, facilities engineers, and contracted services to achieve on-time, within-budget performance while minimizing equipment downtime.
  • •Monitor and report cost performance (spare parts consumption, utility usage, and contracted service spend) to the business unit.
  • •Participate in design teams for tool installations and facility upgrades; support safety and equipment qualification via work around SEMI standards and lockout/tagout and corrective/preventive actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated expertise in semiconductor facilities maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, vacuum, and gas/chemical delivery systems.

  • •Ability to solve complex equipment and facility-system problems using tool data, alarm history, and utility trends.
