•Provide white-glove IT support for executives and VIP users, understanding their workflows and technology preferences.
•Own and optimize office hardware, including conference rooms, VTC equipment, printers, and FOB environments, proactively maintaining equipment.
•Lead incident management with root-cause analysis to identify systemic issues and prevent recurrence.
•Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Mac workstations and implement automation to reduce friction and improve efficiency.
•Evaluate vendors and products, becoming a certified SME before company-wide rollouts, while mentoring IT Support Specialists and strengthening stakeholder relationships.

Travel: Low travel

•Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and O365 administration, including Groups, distribution lists, and licensing.
•Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agents, with a deep passion for applying cutting-edge AI technologies to transform IT Support workflows and drive operational excellence.
