Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the dealership meets unit sales quotas and gross objectives on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis.
  • •Create monthly projections and determine unit sales, gross profit, and departmental profit forecasts for the next 90 days and beyond.
  • •Sell financing, finance-and-insurance products, extended warranties, and aftermarket items to customers.
  • •Handle F&I processes including rate quotations, paperwork review, submissions, approvals, and logging sales income; verify insurance, obtain deposits, and verify trade payoffs.
  • •Meet with salespeople daily to review results and next steps, conduct sales meetings, facilitate pre-delivery with the Service Manager, and provide on-the-job training while following safety policies.
