Process Improvement Engineering Manager

Lead end-to-end process optimization across a network of manufacturing sites, improving operational performance, product quality, and cost efficiency. Implement lean manufacturing methods such as Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and A3 problem-solving, using data analytics and root-cause analysis to drive continuous improvement. Manage concurrent engineering projects, develop SOPs and labor standards, coordinate with operations and quality leaders, and coach teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
