Key Requirements

  • •BS in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 8 years of relevant design, construction, or design-build experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Strong understanding of building systems (architectural, structural, MEP) and how to integrate them into cohesive, constructible designs.
  • •Proficiency in BIM/VDC tools for coordination, clash detection, and model integration (e.g., Revit, Navisworks).
  • •Demonstrated experience coordinating multi-disciplinary design teams on complex projects and managing design deliverables to scope, budget, and schedule.
  • •Experience with design-build or integrated project delivery (IPD), including design-assist and coordination with both consultants and construction teams.
