Job Summary

Manage LAN/WAN infrastructure for Raya Smart Buildings, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, VOIP, and wireless, and maintain passive fiber/ethernet cabling. Support and administer NVR and fingerprint systems, and troubleshoot company hardware/software. Monitor network performance, resolve connectivity and latency issues, and implement redundancy for high availability. Ensure IT security policy compliance, support audits, and maintain documentation for systems and network configurations.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, VOIP, and wireless.
•Implement and maintain passive network (fiber and Ethernet cables).
•Maintain the NVR and fingerprint systems.
•Provide expert technical support for company hardware and software, including troubleshooting, installation, and upgrades.
•Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity/performance issues, and ensure high availability with redundancy and failover.

Key Requirements

•Solid experience with network infrastructure and low current systems.
•Deep understanding of passive network and cable-related issues.
•Hands-on experience with CCTV and fingerprint systems.
•Proficiency in sound systems and strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software problems.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
