Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with product managers and engineers to develop new products and features for North America, and ensure risk assessments for regulatory compliance are reviewed prior to launch.
•Fully implement and manage a bank partner engagement program, developing metrics to communicate health and effectiveness of the Consumer Compliance Program.
•Close regulatory compliance issues by building new controls or enhancing existing ones, and proactively identify ways to improve controls and reduce customer friction.
•Execute quarterly regulatory compliance risk assessments and present results to regional/global Risk Committees.
•Develop and enhance Key Risk Indicators to provide senior management with a health snapshot of the Regulatory Compliance Program.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 134,000 - 170,000 annually
