Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee project expediting management activities to ensure procurement delivery aligns with project schedule and specifications.
  • •Maintain and update project supplier lists and ensure supervised personnel carry out assigned duties per job descriptions.
  • •Input and maintain progress data in the Material Management System and keep it up to date.
  • •Establish, manage, and chair Project Status Report (PSR) meetings with client and internal stakeholders to prevent delays to pre-order deliverables.
  • •Develop procurement status reporting, manage procurement/supply-chain risks, and advise on sourcing and price/delivery trends; coordinate spare parts activities when requested.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in business or engineering (or similar).
  • •Minimum 20 years’ working experience on Oil and Gas projects.
  • •Project expediting experience.
  • •Good knowledge of project procurement execution (start to finish) and Oil and Gas supply chain (or related supply chain).
  • •Ability to prepare negotiation strategies/techniques and participate/lead negotiations.
