  • •Gather requirements with customers and propose, engineer, and provision storage and backup solutions.
  • •Manage system setup, standardization, testing, documentation, training, and post-deployment assessments.
  • •Provide 24x7 on-call technical support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root-cause analysis for storage-related problems.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 8+ years of experience managing storage solutions, preferably including NetApp Cluster Mode in NAS and SAN configurations.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of NetApp Cloud deployment technologies such as FSX, CVO, CVS, and ANF across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • •Experience troubleshooting and handling storage products such as Dell VMAX-3, PMAX, Pure, and Data Domain.
  • •ISILON storage experience is required; Nutanix storage knowledge is an added advantage.
  • •At least 2 years of experience with IBM Spectrum Protect (TSM) and Cohesity, plus automation scripting skills.
