Own the end-to-end revenue forecast and forecasting cadence for Sales and Revenue, integrating pipeline, bookings, and consumption data. Build and maintain sales analytics dashboards, lead forecast variance analysis, and develop deal economics frameworks. Drive process automation to make reporting and insights faster and more reliable for leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end revenue forecast model, integrating pipeline, bookings, and consumption data, and refining it as deal patterns evolve.
•Partner with Sales and Deal Desk on non-standard and large deals, evaluating pricing, discounting, margin impact, and contract structure.
•Build and maintain sales analytics dashboards and reporting covering pipeline health, conversion, win rates, and bookings trends.
•Lead monthly and quarterly forecast variance analysis, identifying drivers and working with Sales leadership on corrective action.
•Develop and maintain frameworks for deal profitability, discount guardrails, and contract terms; streamline and automate reporting for recurring sales and revenue insights.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of progressive finance experience supporting sales or revenue organizations, ideally with deal desk or pricing responsibilities.
•Proven ownership of revenue or bookings forecasting in subscription, usage-based, or enterprise sales environments.
•Advanced financial modeling skills, including driver-based models and scenario analyses built from scratch.
•Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with CRM and BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, Looker, Tableau).
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
