Key Responsibilities

•Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, treasury and cash flow management, and prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and aviation regulations.
•Prepare annual budgets and conduct monthly reviews of departmental OPEX with rolling forecasts and commentary.
•Support development of short-, medium-, and long-term financial projections aligned with business strategy.
•Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
•Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team and liaise with auditors, banks, lessors, and regulators as needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; professional certification preferred (ACCA, CA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent)
•Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in the aviation industry
•Experience with aviation ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and aviation financial tools for reporting and data analysis
•Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling skills; ability to manage OPEX and capital investments
•Proven leadership experience with ability to mentor and develop a finance team
