Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain customer relationships and perform regular customer visits.
  • •Manage, coach, and direct all customer engineers in the district, including salary/career planning and performance appraisals.
  • •Be the prime interface with Product Divisions (tech support, training, spares, reliability) and execute escalation procedures.
  • •Monitor CSD award and mentor programs, ensuring new engineers have defined mentors.
  • •Own district financial forecast and cost efficiency, and manage system installation and RMA procedures.
