Key Responsibilities

  • •Own district performance to meet or exceed GAAP and cash revenue targets and KPIs, including room utilization, conversions, OSAT, and labor as a % of revenue.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop Area Managers and Office Managers, including weekly check-ins, performance reviews, and succession/bench development.
  • •Partner with the Aesthetic Field Manager to align clinical execution and operational execution across offices, including field visits and audits.
  • •Ensure operational excellence across offices (scheduling practices, labor management, in-person site visits, and Zenoti data accuracy).
  • •Drive revenue growth, support promotions, oversee new office openings, and manage talent coverage, hiring, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning.
