Job Summary

Own and govern the Outreach platform to enable AVEVA's global sales force in new business acquisition. Manage platform governance, integrations, and enhancements, ensuring a seamless, compliant experience. Collaborate with Sales, IT and Marketing to connect Outreach with Salesforce, Marketo and list-generation tools for data-driven prospecting and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Platform Ownership & Governance: Serve as the accountable business owner for the Outreach platform; define and maintain governance, configuration standards, role structures, compliance frameworks, and documentation; manage licensing, user access, and region/market configurations; own backlog prioritisation with IT and vendors across enhancements, testing, and release cycles.
•User Experience, Support & Adoption: Lead initiatives to improve end‑user experience including onboarding, training, and self‑service guidance; build user‑focused processes to improve adoption and productivity; act as escalation point for user issues and coordinate resolution; monitor adoption and campaign execution to identify improvements.
•System Configuration & Data Management: Ensure accurate CRM integration between Outreach, Salesforce, and Marketo; manage data flows, mapping rules, sync rules, and data hygiene; configure automation rules, segmentation logic, and sequence approval processes; ensure GDPR‑compliant data handling and opt‑in/opt‑out processes.
•Operational Support for Sales Productivity: Oversee list creation using Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo; manage cleaning, segmentation, enrichment, and routing of prospects; support campaign setup, sequence deployment, and task assignments; align lists/sequences with campaign objectives and personas.
•Performance Management & Reporting: Define SLAs and KPIs for Outreach and campaign effectiveness; build dashboards to monitor engagement and platform health; identify stalled prospects and gaps and drive corrective action.
