Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly supervise, coach, and develop Facilities Coordinators across the region, setting priorities and consistent service expectations.
  • •Lead day-to-day Facilities Operations across offices, engineering/manufacturing environments, laboratories, hangars, warehouses, and secure/classified areas as applicable.
  • •Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, work orders, building services/utilities, service-provider response, and landlord obligations.
  • •Plan and deliver qualifying non-capital facilities projects, including scoping, scheduling, cost/scope management, documentation, and operational turnover support.
  • •Partner with EH&S and Security to implement workplace safety, access control, contractor-safety, emergency preparedness, inspections/audits, and corrective actions; maintain regional reporting and risk registers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in facilities, business, operations, engineering, construction, communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • •3+ years of progressive experience across facilities, workplace, office/property operations, project coordination, vendor management, or a closely related operating function.
  • •Demonstrated leadership through direct supervision, work direction, training, mentoring, project leadership, or comparable responsibility.
  • •Experience supporting multiple sites or a complex campus with multiple concurrent workstreams and competing priorities.
  • •Working knowledge of facility operations and commercial building services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire and life safety, access control) and ability to learn/apply related requirements.
