Key Responsibilities

  • •Secure enterprise, cloud-native environments by building and operating Identity & Access Management solutions and identity pipelines that scale with growth.
  • •Implement federated identity and governance using identity protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth, LDAP) and automate identity lifecycle functions (SSO, MFA, JIT access).
  • •Design/enforce least-privilege IAM architectures in cloud environments, including RBAC/ABAC and permission policies.
  • •Improve security posture through automation and metrics, leveraging data to identify trends and drive remediation with stakeholders.
  • •Lead incident response efforts, including analysis, containment, mitigation, and maintain security documentation (policies, standards, baselines, SOPs).

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field, or 8 years security domain experience without a degree.
  • •4+ years of experience acting as a trusted advisor, delivering short- and long-term business value in a team setting.
  • •4+ years of experience coaching engineers or analysts.
  • •Hands-on IAM experience across federated identity and governance using tools such as Okta/Entra ID/Ping and IGA platforms like SailPoint/ Saviynt (plus similar).
  • •Experience designing cloud IAM architectures (AWS IAM, Azure Entra ID, or GCP IAM) with least-privilege, RBAC/ABAC, and permission policies, plus automation using Python, Terraform, or PowerShell.
