Job Summary

Lead AI-enabled creative concept development for the Dell Creative Studio, operating as an art director who turns ideas into finished deliverables across formats and scales. Shape the organization’s approach to generative AI in creative work, pioneer new AI-assisted approaches, and refine AI output into intentional, human-feeling imagery, video, and voiceover. Partner with stakeholders to deliver at speed while maintaining brand quality, consistency, and AI rights/ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead concept development across projects, setting creative direction and delivering a strong differentiated point of view.
•Shape how the organization thinks about AI in creative work—where it adds value and how craft and AI combine.
•Pioneer new AI-enabled creative approaches, unlocking ideas, formats, and executions that weren’t feasible before.
•Create, modify, iterate, and finish deliverables from complete assets to smaller creative fragments/components to a polished standard.
•Stay current on emerging AI tools and set standards for using them to produce exceptional creative work, partnering with stakeholders to translate goals into AI-driven output.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 116,450 - 150,700

•Strong creative sensibility with a proven ability to evaluate, direct, and elevate creative work.
•Ability to produce high-quality AI-enabled content quickly, getting the best results from available models even when tools/access are restricted.
•Deep, current fluency with generative AI tools across your medium, plus the craft to refine AI outputs (imagery, video, voiceover) into final work that feels human and intentional.
•Hands-on experience leading AI models and creative tools, including Adobe, Google, Jasper, Claude, and Synthesia, with adaptability to learn new tools.
•Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) and the ability to influence without authority; plus a portfolio showing creative judgment and command of AI tools.
