Job Summary

Deliver exceptional customer service while guiding car sellers through CarMax’s appraisal process. Build rapport, explain appraisal steps clearly, and communicate in person and by phone to understand seller motivations and follow up with undecided customers. Accurately collect and enter data to support appraisal offers, address objections, and maintain composure under pressure. Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety requirements and keep the work area organized.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver outstanding customer service throughout every interaction.
•Build rapport quickly and explain the CarMax appraisal process with confidence.
•Communicate in person and by phone to understand motivations and follow up with undecided sellers.
•Facilitate appraisal steps, including discovery, presenting offers, and addressing objections.
•Accurately collect and input data while following EH&S requirements and maintaining a clean work area.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 11.5 hourly
