Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare supplies and PPE, access daily schedules using modern technology, and travel to patients’ homes to deliver care.
  • •Provide preventative and diagnostic services including phlebotomy and specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, ECGs, and more.
  • •Collect and manage samples by labeling properly and coordinating drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.
  • •Use mobile devices for charting and HIPAA-secure messaging apps for care coordination.
  • •Deliver patient-centric, low-acuity care with professionalism, compassion, and a focus on quality.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 26 - 29 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in venipuncture and the ability to collect specimens accurately and safely.
  • •State required licensure and/or proof of training, plus national certification where state licensure is not required.
  • •Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and proof of course/program completion aligned to licensure level.
  • •Valid Driver’s License, current vehicle insurance, and the ability to physically access patient homes (including stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds).
  • •Pass national background check and DMV check.
