Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer, deploy, monitor, and maintain enterprise VOIP telephony systems nationwide.
  • •Coordinate with third-party vendors and contractors to deploy and troubleshoot new and existing telecom systems.
  • •Provide tier 2 technical support and assist with issues as they arise, including after-hours/on-call when necessary.
  • •Manage lifecycle of hardware deployments and unified communication applications (including migrations) across all locations.
  • •Maintain data and voice networks through troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance; perform add’s, moves, and changes as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree in Networking Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field, or comparable professional experience.
  • •Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification (preferred).
  • •At least 3+ years of experience in networking and/or telecommunications.
  • •Experience with call center administration and IVR systems, including enterprise telecommunications infrastructure (VoIP, Cloud-based technologies, PBX switching, call routing, dial plans, and reporting software).
  • •Customer-focused approach, with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
